    This helmet cover is a bright FUCHSIA and fits a size Medium and/or Large Troxel helmet Legacy (or similar) equally well.  It is made of a lightweight breathable lycra fabric, using a serger which gives me clean, professional looking seams. The
    elastic is encased in the same fabric.
